Cancellation Policy

Please note:  A reservation, whether by letter, e-mail, fax or telephone is a legally binding contract.  To protect against late cancellations and guests not turning up, we are obliged to put the following policy in place:
If the reservation is cancelled within 1 week or less  of arrival then the full cost of accommodation booked will become due, unless the room is re-let. With only 3 rooms being let a no-show has a massive impact on our profit margin. If we hold a room for you and you do not let us know you will be charged for the booking you made.
For peace of mind we recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance
protection which will cover most eventualities.
